Stock Header Studs
I was taking out my stock cats just before and I broke 2 of the studs off that connect the pipe to the headers, does anyone know if i can just hammer those studs out, i heard thats how they come out.

NO, you have to use a screw extractor to remove them or drill them out dead center and then enlarge the hole and go up one bolt size and use a bolt and nut rather than a stud, I had to do this on one that I broke off.

If you have a torch and there is some of the stud left then try to heat up the flange and unscrew it before you you drill into it.
But Roundman is right, thats the only real way to fix it..

Im going to get a torch today (oxygen/ecidline, however you spell it) and heat the crap out of the stud and hammer it out. I had a torch but we got rid of it. Time to buy a new one, lol.
