my mustang has a lx body but a 5.0 engine
i was told by the guy that i bought it from that ford made these as a "secret car" in 86 the VIN matches and everything but im still iffy about it and the front end isnt a four eyes its from 87-93.
can any1 tell me about this "secret car"

Except for the svo's had 1 headlight housing too. i forgot.

i know it should be a 4 eye but the front and the back look liek "LX 5.0"'s but the VIN says its a 86 i dnt know maybe the previous owner changed the front and the rear because i know the fox bodys where interchange able

Some one could have swapped before that idiot got it but id back off and look elsewhere because you never kno wat else he is hiding bout the car. but the "secret car" is BS. if your set on getting this car then carfax mab to see if its been wrecked

yea tru, i was thinking about carfax but its like 20 bucks and i dnt feel like paying for it,lol but ill see maybe ill figure out something ill probly get it to mess around i mean its an auto so i cant really drag with it but if i get it i wana restore it ill keep the front and the rear because i like the way it looks and ill probly get the tranny changed to manual and slap new headers and clean out the exaust kuz it already has flowmasters on it

he could have done a front end conversion to them, i see that on a lot of supposed to be four eyes, people actually like the new look better than the four eye
as far as the "special stang" there were none except saleen so if it is not a saleen then he is messin with you
