Default Manual Or power steering?!

Ive got an 85 gt, and its got power steering currently, but its broken internally so the only thing keeping all the fluid in is the caps on the ends. I need help deciding whether to order a new power rack, or go with a manual one?

Flamin River makes a nice quick ratio rack kit for $400 turn really good to and its one less fluid you have to worry about and it will free up a few ponies under the hood too

no flamin river make a complete rack kit for $400 and you would have to get a Power stering delete pulley or a smaller belt . All I have is 2 pullies Crank and alternator
