Default Suspension bushings, how to remove/what to put back in?

My control arm bushings are all shot, as are my sway bar ones and etc. How do I get like the lower front control arm bushings out of the control arm? And what performance bushings do you guys recommend?

thanks

i put in energy suspension bushings, they are kind of a paint to get out. First i used a punch and a hammer to knock out the sleeves in the bushings, then I used a torch to heat/burn the bushings, then knocked them out with the hammer and punch. took quite a while but well worth it

i think the lowers are pressed in. 50resto.com has them. easier to just replace the arms while they are out. the new arms have better ball joints and geometry. good luck with that, i found it to be a pain in the butt job.[:@]
