Okay, I'm 16 so I don't really have any idea what I should get put into this Mustang. A friend just gave it to me today in school and I need some help. My dad, he knows alot about cars, he's been a bodyman for 16 years and he can help me with everything, I just need help from a forum based on the car.

Here's the deal, 1986 Mustang Gt. Basically, I'm stripping it to shell. I want to know what do I need, everything basically besides doors, carpet, windows, and the obvious lol. MONEY ISN'T AN OPTION! If you wouldn't mind, list the items you think I should get by catagory such as:

Motor:
Performance parts such as intakes, chargers, boost, etc.

Interior:
Performance steering wheels, pedals, etc.

Exterior:
Performance hoods, wheels, tires, etc.

Links would be highly appreciated too!

buy an 03 cobra and use all the stuff from it. then pay a shop to do it. thats what i would do if money was no thing.

Hey, I paid money for a black sticker to go over my third brakelight. When you step on the brake most of the light is covered in black, but the word "MUSTANG" is cut out so that the brakelight shows through it, lol.

Is it ricey? Yeah, it's 100% rice, lol. But that's the only thing I have on my car like that, and I kinda like it.

Who cares its his money you dont have to throw it in the kids face. And some people actually care about apperance to, not just performance.
