$200 is an okay deal. About average. I just purchased a complete turnkey 1996 Explorer engine for $350 at a junkyard. I stripped it down and cleaned up the heads and intake. Then I bought a Steeda #19 camshaft to complete the setup.

I guess I'd have to see your complete setup as well as how much you plan to mod it before suggesting sizes for your MAF / TB. Maybe a 65 - 70 depending on what else you plan on doing. If you get up to the 300+ HP range in the near future you'll wanna start looking at 24lb+ injectors as well and a fuel pump to go with it.

As far as where to find them, summitracing.com and jegs.com seem to be popular places. Can also check out used ones at the classifieds section here or at corral.net.

do you have the stuff from the explorer installed yet? i'm going to be doing something similar on my '95 at some point soon. how does the steeda #19 run on the stock computer, pretty good?
