Default 4cyl springs

do these springs lower the car or are they just softer than those for the v8 or whats the difference between them? and how would i go to an auto parts store to buy them? just ask from my year mustang and tell them for a 4cyl?

I think they just help you get a better launch, as far as i know you should be able to just tell em your car is a 4cyl. With the added weight of your 5.0 it may lower your car a little though

ok i searched on the forum and was thinking about going 4cyl in the front and keep the 5.0 springs in the rear. what about shocks and struts? i need to replace those and dont have alot of money to spend so should i get shocks and struts for a v8 or for a 4cyl which would be better?

get some shock on ebay you can get 16 way adjustable tociko's for 550 (all the way around)

you can find 4 cyl springs at a junkyard all day for cheap, they mey drop the front end by a 1/2" ... but are more functional for track use

so if i was goning to go about and change my springs from a 8(87 t top 5.0) to a 4cyclinder...should i change them all around or only the ffront
