you can check the ignition stuff yourself with some basic tools, pull the plugs out, check them, open the dist. cap and look at the electrode tips, make sure they're not burnt.

the injector pulse will have to be checked at a shop, requires some knowledge of EFI systems and special tools.

also a fuel pressure gauge can be screwed into the fuel rail for the injectors, should be around 39psi running.

It does kind of feel like a clogged cat maybe, because I bought the car with one and had to replace it. But I replaced it about 2k miles ago, what could make it go bad that soon?

a bad cat could be because of air/fuel mixtures being rich. raw fuel will kill a cat. it sounds more like you need to adjust your carb. what carb are you running?

just the holley 600cfm. I know it has to do with my carb, but I just don't know what.

you'll have to take it somewhere to have the carb adjusted cause its hard if you dunno what you're doing, and easy to screw up. it could be as simple as having the carb adjusted. but you could also have low fuel pressure as well. are you still using the little inline filter in the carb?
