What cam

I Just baught some ported gt-40 heads and ill be putting an explorer upper and lower intake in...what cam should i get to match this stuff or should i just stick with stock...(I know nothing about cams)

with that setup i'd find something with a lift around .512 and 220-230 duration

I'd suggest the TFS stage 1. I haven't finished my install yet, I'm so close, it'll be finished up tomorrow if I'm feeling any better.
