Default Difference between v6 and v8

Subject says it all, I'm looking to see in depth what the difference is besides 2 more cylinders and a bigger litered engine.

Rear Differential 7.5 to 8.8, Springs, Suspension, Exhaust, Brakes, all the motor support parts, maf, iac, tb, intakes, heads, headers, electronics, etc.
