Solid motor mounts questions, and suspension bushing questions

I need new motor mounts for my fox and saw some on Jeg's site that said they were solid. Now to me, that seems like it'd be the best for performance since the motor doesn't rock or anything, but are they really solid or what? Any good, if not, what mounts do you recommend? I don't care how much vibration/noise they add, I'm strictly looking for performance as I'm tracking this car.

Also, I need new lower control arm bushings, what do you recommend/where to buy? I couldnt find them on jegs online.

If i were you, id seriouslt consider going with a poly setup...
