Do they make a 42 lb. calibration tube for the 73 MM MAF.

I just bought a 347 stroker kit and am trying to figure out if I have to upgrade anything. I'd prefer to not buy a block and just wandered if I can take the 30 lb. inj. 5 psi SC, 1 5/8 equal length shorties, 70 MM TB/EGR, TF Street Heat Intake, and 190 lph FP.

I know I should do 42 lb. inj. a 255 FP or kicker pump, and probably an MAF, but wondered if that's absolutely a must.
no but c&l makes them for thier 76mm MAF, and yes it'd be wise to get it.

it sounds like that is a LMAF.

You can buy an LMAF from BuyFordRacing.com for $79
OR
You can buy from SCT for $275

Both require a tune, unless you are installing the meter and 42lb injectors on a Lightning.

I went with a LMAF and 42's from buyfordracing for my V-1. I have a twEECer so I can change the MAF transfer and injectors and EEC to match... none of that fooling the EEC stuff.

With a blower you are now getting serious about your car... be serious about a good tune as well. Get it custom tuned. Not only will it save parts, it will find horsepower all for around $500... that ain't bad if you ask me.

Both the LMAF and SCT meters are excellent. See which your tuner recommends (they will have a preference) and go with that.

My 2c,
Wes
