I am looking at buying a 79' Mustang for spares for my 90' Fox.

Are 79' parts (Windscreen, Doors, Fenders) the same for 79 - 93 Foxboy Mustangs?

I know the hood and front seats are interchangeable Try using the search function. This topic was brought up a few weeks ago.

I did try a search, but wasn't sure what to search for!! Fox panels, parts?

What is the name of the 79 shape mustang? I always call them 4 headlight!! Is there a name for them?

Doors are the same '79-'93 although the moldings change.
Fenders are the same '79-'90.
I believe the windshields are the same.

The doors and fenders are different then your 90's. The fenders can be used on 79-89 and the doors can be used on 79-86. The trim on the doors won't match up with your 87+. The hood can't be swapped over either it will only fit 79-82's. The seats should swap over, the interior panels will swap over but they won't match your 87+ interior.

they call the 79-86 4-eyes usually, atleast that's all i've ever heard
