Ported Stock Heads or Aftermarket?
Whats more cost effective? i think i have a 351w commin my way with "stock" heads on it... what option am i going to make the best power from:
A- Porting the stock heads
B- Buying aftermarket heads
and how much will it cost (approxmiatly) for either of the two?

i would go with aftermarket aluminum, porting the stock heavy cast iron will be better than stock but wont be as good as a good set of aluminum heads.
stock ported heads(cost cheaper) vs. lighter aluminum heads (more cash but worth it).........tough disicion.......
Find some used aftermarket aluminum heads how about that...lol

Get some used explorer GT40 heads and get them ported. They will still be cheaper than aluminum and will outflow the aluminum heads (if done properly.)
