hey guys im looking into building up a 331, but still have a few questions. first off i was wondering if you need to have the block clearanced. i know that it needs to be done with the 347, but am not 100% positive on the 331. Also i was wondering if i would need to upgrade the fuel system? Injectors? Pump? not sure how much fuel the 331 needs. Im unsure on what heads im going to use. im on a very tight budget. so thats why im unsure about the fuel system? if i put the stock heads back on untill i get some money for some t/w's woudl i still need to upgrade the fuels system?? also i plan on running the stage 1 cam when i put together the bottom end if that even matters. sorry for the long post! thanks guys!

personally, what i would do is save up a lump some and then just do it all at once. save a lot of headaches..thats just what i would/am doing

I had to clearance the bottom of the cylinder walls a tad for mine, but it may depend on the kit, mine was an eagle rotating assy

Stock heads will be horribly restrictive....do it alla t once
