RE: air charge sensor
haha ya i dont know what to tell you then, that sucks its pretty important for air/fuel and timing calculations so its not exactly something you can just ditch. you've checked all over it right?

RE: air charge sensor
yeah i'm sure of it not being there, i have had a mustang of some kind for over 30 years
i have torn them down to peices and put em together, even cut one in half once and welded on
the rear body.................... but thats another story !
looks like its just gonna be drill time ......................

that wasn't even a though, i deal basically in customer service everyday and start with basic
info and then after a few minutes i figure out they are smarter then im, so till you know were your at start at first base and work from there
thanks for your input , i'll will work on it till i break it bad or fix it, i have a cobra lower i can use
if i have put, just hate to use a real cobra on this project, trying to stay with the explorer but if all else fells i have a backup with the sensor still installed

if you dont want to drill and tap it then you can lengthen the wires for the connector and put it in your CAI tube.
the 94/95 5.0's were like this and I think most ford cars are like this now.
thats where it is in the exploder too.
