I've tried everything to fix it on my car. I've installed a new iac, new tps and set it, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, set timing at 10* 12* 14* and it still does it. I've even cleaned the 2 10 pin connectors and spread them apart. The car doesn't throw any codes, I'm lost on what to do to fix it. The car only has 19 inches of vacuum so I think there might be a small intake leak but smoking the vacuum lines and intake didn't turn up anything.

Ford makes a idle speed control spacer that you can adjust with allens. I run an e-cam in my 91 and it was loping real bad. Bad enough to kill the car at red lights. That was embarrasing so I asked a friend what he did because he put the same cam in his 90 GT. I put this on and I have never had any more problems since. I also had the surging problem before mods and come to find out the cam retaing nut had backed out causing very bad surging problems. You should notice that the timing will advance and retard erattically. I hope that this experience will help you. I know that you cleaned the idle speed control solenoid didn't you? And the EGR spacer along with the Thottle body. If you still have the factory throttle body you must just wipe it clean do not use hard cleaners to clean it you will harm the coating on the TB. Good luck
