Default 351 windsor price, swap questions, value of 100k 302

Ok, my friend has a 351 windsor that was removed in running condition for 500 dollars. I am getting more info tonight but i was wondering what is this motor worth? Would it be worth it to rebuilt it and sell? I barely have enough to afford the motor i doubt i could do the swap. My stock tranny i doubt would handle the power. Unless i sold my motor for a pretty penny...any idea how much my motor is worth with 103,000 miles on block and well entire motor? Has b cam, stock crank-rods-pistons but everyhing else is either rebuilt, new gaskets, or painted...Im 17 and well what would you do?

I have some info on the 351w swap on my website.

When I first did the swap in my car I figured I could have done it for as little as $1800.
This included all of the conversion parts and a used motor. The motor was ~$800 of that.

The stock T5 will hold up fairly well to a budget 351w. Not sure how an auto would do though.
