what relay is this please help

what relay is this please help

Ok 89 mustang gt everytime i turn the wheel this relay clicks its under the dash i took it out car still starts without it the REPLAY ITS GOT NUMBERS LIKE THIS

Thats how it looks like on the relay any ideas?or why it would be clicking?

We're not talking about a flasher relay here are we? Sorry for the sarcasm.

If you give me all the wire colors that went to it I could probably find it in the wiring diagram......but that will take some time of flipping through each relay until I find that one.......
