Vibration after motor swap

Vibration after motor swap
Anyways it started up like champ, sounded good. BUT when we got in the car there is a vibration... We cannot quite figure it out, really haven't looked too far yet since it is so late. We used the old balancer from the 95 engine on the 88 motor. At idle you can barely feel it, around 2000-3000 mostly.... Does it sound like a balance issue, we were hoping it was just a cylinder not completely working (spark), but that sounds too easy. Maybe flywheel, balancer, tranny (when connecting it back to the bellhousing might have bent something?).... Anyways knowledge on something similar would be great.

RE: Vibration after motor swap
Definately not a motormount, could it be a tranny mount, would that through it off that much? Well thanks for the advice, but I doubt the weights are mismatched because it was an 88/95 motor should be exact...

RE: Vibration after motor swap
Well I was hoping it was the tranny mount, but probably not. I swapped my 95 balancer on the 88, do you think that can would issue a problem... A balancer from another engine on another? If so anyone know how I should swap it while the engine is in the car? Radiator and fan..

RE: Vibration after motor swap
if the balancer is bad it would cause vibrations.
when you rev it in neutral does it vibrate? if it does it is in the engine, if it only does it when driving it could be anything in the driveline including a weight on the rim falling off.
