ive seriously looked over everything and cannot find a reason as to why it is not at full power. Im quite frustrated about it.[:@]

Make sure your getting spark on all cyclinders, then check to make sure your 6AL is functioning correctly.

do you still have the instructions for the MSD, if you dont there should be some online, there is a troubleshooting part in the instructions.
