im thinking of doing a cam in my 87 stang well its a 89 swap with speed density stiill
anyways only mods is a total rebuild with port and polish, k&n filter, msd crap all over the place, full exuast including unknown headers, bassani x pipe with cats, and flowmasters
so what cam should i do?

That depends on what you want out of your motor. Do you want low end torque, mid range power or top end power? Your rear end gears play a big part in cam selection too.

dont ask us we have a biased opinion..ask comp cams,crane,lunati tech lines they will tell ya whats best...daily driver////daily street strip//strip///mild ,med,radicle set up....is gas a issue at all...

First of all, your car isn't going to run with a different cam. You need to convert to mass air first, nuff said.

theres lots of cams that work with speed density you just have to be careful about the cams your looking at and make sure you get one that works with it.
