805k6 fits but its REALLY tight

start with the belt on top of the alternator, go under the idle (top center) and over the power steering, then over the top of the water pump, and between the water pump and the crank, under the crank, then up to the alternator... You MIGHT need a second set of hands to get it on... i still havent quite figured out how i pulled it off myself!

i think when I did mine, i might have slipped it onto the water pump last. I do however have UDP's, but that means my water pump pulley is larger, as is my alt pulley... it should exchange out the same as stock

ok there is now way it will fit mine, I put the belt on but did not put it under the idler pulley. Then moved the tensior all the way back and I was standing on the belt to try to get it under the idler pulley and it would not fit. I think I need like 2 more inches, do they make a 825k6? or 820k6?

you need to pull the tensioner all the way back... its a very tight fit but unfortunatly, you cant go larger, because the tensioner can not make up the slack
