Default rear end help (what should i do)

ok heres the deal... my diff. slips bad and needs to be rebuilt, i can get a rebuild kit for 45$ so should i rebuild it or should i just get something else? i will be installing 3.73s once it warms back up.

differential rebuild kit for 45$ is bearings, not the diff

it not the bearings it's the clutch and drive plates http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts...tKeyField=5105

and when i install the gears i'll obviously get a full rear end rebuild kit (bearings, shims etc.)
