first i would look into what Zachw04 said. replace your pcv valve, screen and gromet (it's only like 10-15 bucks for everything.) and if you still get it then then just let your car warm up for 10mins or so before you go on any short trips.

take out all plugs and hook a comp gauge..if all ar within a few lbs of each other your ok..if 1 is like 130 lbs and the next1 is like 110..theres a leak in gaskert..try putin a cap of oil inhole and turn over again..if comp comes up its a compression ring thats bad..if it dont its ya head gasket.. as far as the comp..as long as there all within a few lbs of each other its ok////if ya have 2 cylinders qith low comp,and both are side byside... ya have a gasket prob blown between the cylinders..thats why ya allways mill the heads after a leak.....especially if was hot....
