+1 on LX lights. LX lights look best on red cars IMO because of the color lense matching the car... looks good.

i used to have the "clear" LX tail lights and hated them, so i got some transparent red paint and painted them to look like stock LX lights.

get the GT tailights. They do look good w/ black paint, plus every GT that I see today has the LX lights. They'll be harder to come by and likely more expensive than the lx's though.
