What is my stuff worth?

Ok, I'm changing a lot of things on my car and have no clue what this stuff goes for. Any help would be appreciated.

Pro5.0 shifter
Rear QA1 adjustable shocks
Saleen Racecraft lowering springs
Pro-AM tubular Rear upper control arms
OEM wiring harness and ECU from my 90 GT
C&L 73mm MAFS
e-303 cam
24lb injectors
Explorer manifolds
BBK shorty headers
2.5" O/R H pipe and 2.5" duals to flowmasters

I believe that's the aftermarket stuff I'm selling, then I've got a complete grey cloth interior, the doors, hatch, hood, fenders, etc from my GT hatch. I'm basically just keeping the engine, tranny, 5lug spindles/brakes and the rear end, that's all I can swap over to my new car. On my new car I'll be going with a carb setup and won't need all that.

i would be interested in buying a few things off ya.....shifter springs cam and injectors.......maybe even explorer manifols.....too bad your interior wont fit my 86..plus i am going to columbus soon to pay my reinstatement fee to drive
