I have a offroad x pipe and shorty headers with magnaflow. Mine smells like a old street rod. i love it. Its not nearly as strong as yours seems to be though. i back out my garage and i can smell it. its awesome. but its not really strong and doesnt last.

Im the same way man. My car smells like straight up fuel, but doesnt have any black smoke thru the exhaust. I got an offroad H-pipe and my gas mileage sucks ***

hmmmmm my gas mileage stayed the same after i put the o/r x pipe on. maybe because when you made your exhaust sound cool you floor it all the time to hear it!

Is it puttin out any codes ? ( check engine light ) Might be a bad 02 sensor, that will give you bad mileage, and could very well cause you to run rich or lean.

if the O2 sensor was disconnected or bad it would only run rich, the computer goes into super rich mode so that if there was a real problem it would help save the engine. check to make sure both of your O2 sensors are plugged in snugly before buying new ones could save you some money

when we cut out my cats and welded in new pipe, i think there was some hose going into the exhaust, i think thats an o2 sensor right? i know we didnt put it back in its just dangeling under the car. Im not sure if it was in to begin with though. could that be the problem?
