i was thinking about trying it myself.. i saw a video on how to do it when i was in school and it really didnt look that hard. and maybe doing something like a heard of running ponies on the door panles. do you have a link to the guy on ebay? maybe i can email him and get sdome prices.. i mean if it's reasonable i might just go through him.

The website for Late Model Restoration (50resto.com) can be tricky. Their catalog is FULL of stuff for these cars and if I rember correctly I say these in there. So CALL Late Model Restoration if you haven't already, don't rely on the website alone - I gotta believe they have this as they seem to have everything else related to T-tops.
Also, have you tried a place like Ziebart or similar that does sun roofs? I had an 82 GT that some jacksmack cut in a junky, tiney *** sunroof, so I when to Ziebart and had them put in a nice FULL size sunroof, and they put in a new/matching headliner while they were at it. Possible they could so something that looks close to the original material.
