ok, theres tons of vehicles you can use it out of, but this is the most common

part #s202ss(84 diesel ranger)

people also use that 60s gto bearing, about any 80s and up ranger, festiva bearing, s10s, blah blah. haha its the things people swap

your car was originally a v8 t5 right? if it was, you have everything you need, minus the bearing

Later-model Mustang T-5s, beginning with ’90 Mustangs, are upgraded transmissions that offer much stronger nickel steel gears and superior synchros. They can be identified by a B-W tag listing either a 1352-208 or 1352-199 serial number.
If you are junkyard or swap-meet hunting, keep in mind that the four-cylinder T-5 transmission looks the same but actually has a longer input shaft and slightly smaller-diameter pilot shaft. If you bolt the four-cylinder T-5 into a V8 application, the clutch will chatter on engagement because the pilot shaft is loose inside the pilot bushing. Worse yet, the longer input shaft presses forward into the crankshaft, placing pressure on the thrust surface of the main bearing, which will quickly destroy the bearing and cause major engine damage. If that isn’t enough, four-cylinder transmissions have deeper 4:1 First-gear ratios that are substantially weaker than the V8 boxes. steer clear of pre-’85 V8 T-5s as well since they are a little weaker than the post-’85 models. Furthermore, the new ’94-½ Mustang T-5 is different from either of the previous T-5s and will not interchange. The bottom line is that there’s no reason to buy a four-cylinder T-5, even if it’s cheap.

true but.... you can simply swap the input shaft, which i believe is only held on by 4 bolts... and you have a perfect 85-93 t-5

yes you can just pull it out but....................
did you notice that they have different ratio's ? that means different amount of teeth on the
input shafts which have to match, just like the rear gear in you car
they have to have the same amount of teeth which only a 4 cyl would have those ratio's
the pilot shaft wont wobble if you use the correct size hole for the 4cyl input shaft
yes the 4's and 8's are different in size
