What rear main seal

I am about to put in a clutch and am thinking about doing the rear main while im in there. What brand and type should I use? Should I go frpp or fel pro or what? Will I have to drop the oil pan to install the seal? Thanks

OEM and i ALWAYS replace the rear main when i do a clutch

Yeah oe and you don't have to drop the pan to do it.

Yea I was looking at the frpp. I read people talking about 1 piece and 2 piece seals? Can you guys give me a little info on those.
