Default a tribute

I just got ahold of some pictures of my dad's old mustang and thought I would do a tribute to the car. This car has been the inspiration for my project since the beginning. My father was forced to sell the car around 1996 due to money issues and the fact that we needed a family vehicle. The pictures were too large to upload so I'm posting links. let me know what you all think. Opinions very welcome

Also, the car supposedly resides in new york and it may have shaved door handles.

Looks nice, my dad also had a nice car that he sold as well. Me and my older brother were thinkin one day about hunting it down and buying it back someday. 1956 Nomad that used to run 12's. Maybe you can track down your dads ol steed and bring it back home someday too.

I would love to do that. He sold it to a guy that was going to be taking it back to new york. He didn't keep any of the info on it, so the only way I could track it down is if someone saw it and contacted me.

It had gt40 heads and intake
the intake was ported and polished and painted to match the car
flowmaster exhaust
mach I hood 5 speed
Dougan spoiler
cobra rims and rear end
hydraulic assist for brake system
$1500 paint job
I believe the car had also been lowered 1 inch

THanks for the compliment on the sig!

if your dad goes to the dmv he can get a record of the cars that where registered to him, and you could get the VIN off that and track it down with the VIN

I bet he would too. I just might try to find the car. He also had a 1969 convertible with a 351W that had the rare aluminum intake. He sold that to my uncle and it now sits rotting in his garage.......[:@]
