RE: 94 GT
And you should email him back telling him he's a complete idiot. Tell him that there is a person that bought a 95 GT, yellow none the less (only 3400 produced that year, not rare, but damn close), car came with rims, suspension, cleanish interior, decent exterior shape, and a 331 stroker kit, 3.55gears, and only paid $3000 because of a V6 mustang trade in. Like I said, he's a complete idiot and has no idea what he's selling. Unless it's a rarety like a Cobra, I wouldn't buy it for anymore than $7500, reguardless of how good he thinks the paint is, because it's already been repainted, and God only knows how long that's gonna last.

New AC doesn't count because that just maintenance in my opinion.
Alum. driveshaft is only $245.
Pro 5.0 is only $180.
New CD, say about $300, also maintenece in my opinion.
The new 3.55 gears + installation may run about $500-$800 (guessing on this one).
Suspenion parts could be around $1,000... also somewhat of a maintenance item (especially shocks which would be worn out after almost 12 years)
You'll have to decide what the paint job and interior looks like it may be worth.

RE: 94 GT
I wouldn't pay that much unless it had an engine built by pro's and all the supporting mods.
I paid $4,300.00 for mine. Had 46K miles and a one owner car. He kept it in the garage and maintained it with all syn. fluids. It has alot of goodies on it that I will not mention!!!! (SLEEPER)
I know that mine is getting rare because of the color/year. I had a person pull out 8 $1,000. dollar bills and tried to take it off of my hands, and another offer $6k. All this was at the Fun Ford weekend at Atlanta Raceway.
My wife will burry me in this one. Ha Ha.
