Mains-60-70 ft.lb.
Rods-stock 5/16"-19-24 ft.lb.
Head bolts stock-step-1 25-35ft.lb step-2 55-65 ft.lb. step-3 65-72 ft.lb.
These specs are from the book. If you have after market rods or rod bolts follow manufactures specs. The same goes for the main bolts and head bolts.
The head bolt torque sequence is:
9 5 1 3 7
------------------
10 6 2 4 8
