Default converter Q?

im fixing to order a 300-3500 converter for may car and want to know if i should i get a lock up or non lock up ? i know with non lock up i will not have OD but dose that mean i will not have a 4th gear?? i have a cooler on my trans so would a non lock up be so bad ? i only drive it on the week end and a little more in the summer and i live taking long drives , how about this converter http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FORD-...spagenameZWDVW

Call Edge or Precision Idustries and see if they have a lock up for your application. They are better if you plan on doing much street driving as they create less heat when locked.
