For a shop to do it? Some shops charge $30/hr so im sure it wont be cheap. How good are you with tools and do you have a second car? Itll take more than a few days.

Is the donor car the same year, same trans etc. Is it complete? What all is damaged on the donor?

Doner is 89 complete.

first off, Blckstng, $30/hr shop rate was in 1979. nobody is less than 65. nobody. secondly, a 4cyl mustang and an 8cyl mustang are virtually the same thing. your entire driveline, electronics, everything, will fall right into place. everything mounts in the same spot. do not use any of the 4 cyl driveline mounts. all said this swap, with doner car already in posession, should cost you next to nothing.

just the 5spd crossmember, and maybe a little fab for shifter bezel
