because i asked for super 40 series and paid for them went back today with the model number off the website an i took the boxes he gave me 40 delta series and doesnt want to do anything about it..because he said super 40 cant go on my car because its stock and that 40 delta is the same as super 40 so i filed a small claims court case.

ok i was gunna say you have to ask him to fix the problem before you even have a chance to of winning a case... whats his reasoning for y you can't use super 40's? he think they aren't restrictive enough, inlet/out lets to big for stock pipes, not emissions legal??? and a super 40 and delta 40 sounds way different (but u know that) what state is this???

Im in New York, but yea he said there the same thing and that he cant put them on because my cars stock i have no major work done to the engine.
But yea I think I have a big chance at winning because my reicpt says i paid for super 40s and i took the boxes for my mufflers and ther 40 series delta i even double checked online at flowmaster.com an there not the ones i paid for so Im confident I will win.

So basicly hes saying super 40s wont go on stock cars but i did my research and they make different sizes of the super 40 model so they will fit.

Sounds like you got suckered, that sucks, sorry to hear it. Did you ask him to put the ones you paid for on ?? Tell him it doesnt matter if it is stock.
