Default need help with 70mm MAF

I am in the process of putting on a 65mm tb and I need a bigger MAF. Can I use the 93 cobra 70mm maf housing and use my stock 19lb meter? What can I do that is fairly cheap?

the sensor has nothing to do with it, the sample tubes are different sizes from 19#'s to 24#'s
