Default torque for Weld wheel's

How much torque should be used on Weld Wheel's (1/2X20 thread).
Lost the instructions that came with mine.
front end back togather now (again)......

100 ftlbs is stock setting to avoid brake warping, if that helps... i wouldn't think different wheels would matter

Are you torqueing with or with out oil on threads?
Btw, using the Moroso long wheel studs if it matters.....

Welds little sticker they include with the lugs says 100ft lbs and lubricate lugs.
