isn't 93 the first year of the pnuematic pistons? if you boost on them they'll be mush in no time. If there's tons of miles on it, I suggest doing a rebuild with some fresh forged rods and pistons.

I'd say with proper fuel delivery and tuning you could put down 7 psi. A T3 at 7 psi will create tons of power.

i think that i can run 32lbs injectors and i am going to run like 10 psi that should be plenty of boost to get the power i want.

You're gonna be putting alot of stress on your engine with a single T3/T04, thats a bit small so you will be making lots of resistance & heat @ 5500+ rpm. If you are looking for low end power that is a good choice, high end torque won't be as high. I've heard of a 12psi daily driver with the 302 with the stock pistons. No intercooler, you can expect around 5psi to be your highest, but you could run around 15psi on pump gas with a good intercooler on the stock engine. The engine or turbo won't wear out as fast if you can manage to keep the temperature of the engine & turbo down. What you can expect for hp @ 10psi is 387-574 bhp range (387 being low value, 574 being high value) these figures depend on how well the intake, engine, & exhaust will flow. 32 lb injectors are a good choice.

Stock 302 assuming 9.2:1cr Cast-Iron heads, I would say 6psi. This seems to be the rating most aftermarket boost applications stick with on a stock engine. You could run 8psi of boost with the proper intercooling but the power output would be a little hard on the rotating assembly of a stock engine. 6psi with T3/T4's and intercooler will probably give you 350-400hp.
