Default cam lift ?

Does anyone know the stock lift on the 5.0 HO cams? and also i bought an E303, would i have to worry about the valve springs binding due to the increase in lift? I am also getting GT40 heads though. Would that provide me a different spring setup to work with an E cam? thanks all

stock springs hardly work w/ the stock cam, its why most non-rebuilt 5.0s fall on their face up high
