drove it... opinions?
So i wrote a while back about the '91 5.0 LX. Body itself has around 200,000 miles on it, engine rebuilt with around 80,000 now, tranny is brand new, short throw shifter, UDP, CAI, lotsa goodies already on it. Body is rust and dent free but ugly. I don't know a whole lot about cars, but it seems to drive well. A buddy of mine who knows a little more said it seemed pretty clean. oh, 3.73 gears as well.
For 4,000. Is that too much for that car? I'm in germany right now, so that boosts the price up a bit of course.
Please, give me your opinions... i'd really appreciate it.
It'll be a daily driver for the most part, with a back up rig.
Thanks a million.

RE: drove it... opinions?
The paint is faded, the front right quarter panel is a little "different" the front headlights are aftermarket so who knows. It worries me a litt bit that the panels don't quite match up. It's VERY miniscual (spelling) but.... it's not right somehow. just old or something to be worried about?

i would guess he means fenders, lol. when i was first learning, i called the quarter panels rear fenders. anywayyss
4000 for a no rust, no dent, 80,000 mile engine with lots of goodies...IN GERMANY,.....i'd say its not bad and is worth putting a paintjob on it

Thats not a bad deal but you could prob get an all original one with good paint for a little more. I got mine for 5K w/ 84K on the clock all original in almost perfect condition....
