a bit of both ? ...allright, sure it'll give you a little bump in power, but you're lacking some heads. the F cam might be a bit much depending on what future plans you have, if you don't plan on heads, maybe a B or E cam would be a better option.

dude, were not laughing at you.... seriously

Get a repair manual for your car and read the section about head gaskets.... read it a few times actually, then ask us questions... it will make things easier on us all if you are a little bit more informed!

okai ill probabli go with the E cam............would i have to do nethng to the heads...lik eput new vale springs..........what armrockers would be better?1.6 or 1.7?

get 1.6 roller rockers.. i prefer Harland Sharpe. get the F cam, get new springs(you should get new springs ANYWAY because the stockers are barely good enough for a stock cam)

and if they are Explorer GT-40 heads, not GT-40p's... I would recommend getting them milled .030(bring them to a machine shop and tell them to mill the heads .030... worded.. Thirty Thousandths of an inch

i am guessing that they are used heads? then i would change springs just for the fact that it will save you some trouble down the road. just wondering which heads are yo going with? gt40s or gt40p?

but i have stock pistons would the valve hit the piston?what kind of springs do you recomend?
