yes i see that.it said one tuner could be used on 5.0 and 4.6.

There are no hand held tuners for the foxes. You'll have to do a stand alone system such as PMS or MegaSquirt. Or you can take it and get it dyno tuned. Unless you've got major modifications, both of the options are pretty much useless.
