Default I think i found the prob.

Well I have been having problems with a rough idle, hesitating, kind of a bogging feel, and extremly slow 1/4 times. 18's is not right. so i have been replacing think i thought were wrong. then i relized after reading a thread that my head gasket is probibly ****ed up. i have white smoke coming out the tail pipes, smell of antifreeze sometimes, rough idle but no rough enough to be a miss, then while talk with a cop at sonic i looked over and noticed some smoke coming from under the hood(very little). well i popped the hood and smelled anti freeze. i havent touched anything with coolent for over a month. im am going to go get a compression tester tommorow. i hope this is the problem, well kind of hope its the problem.

On some engines, the lower intake gasket will introduce coolant into the oil if it ruptures. I don't know if this applies to 5.0's though.

Hell, tear the motor down and replace all the gaskets, replace some stuff while you're in there.
