yeah with my 347 setup i made 373RWHP and 427 lb ft tq but i also BUILT MINE and picked my own parts so i knew what it was going to do, and i plan on the blower in jan to get ready for track season, i still say round 375-400 crank HP prolly put down like 280-300RWHP keep us informed

thats some funny ****, I dont understand why people think they make that kind of power....this one guy I know go a short block from D.S.S. i believe it was it was a 331 with trick flow heads and some other crap, well anyways he was claiming it makes 500something to the wheels and like 600something at the crank yet it idled like a baby, and this guy was dead *** serious...the whole time i was think bull**** it would have slit in half by now, he said he dynoed it and thats what its making N/A mind you...I forgot to ask him where this miracle dyno shop was...the same guy aslo tried to tell me that the new cobras are just 4.6's with super chargers...some people are just tools

I highly doubt he will even hit 400hp. Id guess around 360, maybe 380 if he's lucky. Probly around 300 to the wheels. If he had a more agressive cam, bigger tb and maf, then he'd easily be at 430 or so.

hmmmmmmmmm..... I build every inch of my 347. Not the cheepest way to get horsepower but if you wanna keep it small block for some reason, you can get to about 450-500 naturaly no prob. After that stuff is going to break!
