Im wanting to upgrade my intercooler to something larger. Right now I have a 2core procharger intercooler that came with my kit but its not enough in the hot florida weather. Does anyone know whats the largest intercooler I can fit in my 91 lx with A/C? Dimensions?

Well you can run a 3 core like mine but it will have to be mounted underneath like mine

The procharger install book i have shows a 3-core vertical mount intercooler for lx's.I was looking to save money though by buying another brand intercooler and building my own plumbing kit. I'm looking for the maximum dimensions I can fit installed vertically.

Yeah well lemmie tell ya. That was the first kit I had. It ain't gonna fit behind the lx facia. Trust me. They had to send me the horizontal kit instead. If you change to a gt facia, it will work.

What did it hit to prevent the front clip from going back on?

The bumper wouldn't fit right even after some trimming and the lower facia grill section under the bumper didn't come close to fitting flush.
