What suspension upgrades for a 92 GT
Got a 92 GT that needs some new suspension. What to change out front and rear. Car is a street car and will be turbo'ed this spring but still a street car.
Should I go with a good coil over system? Should I change out the K member for a new light weight one? I will be doing a 5 lug conversion soon also. Suggestions are appreciated, Neil |

Go to Maximum Motorsports web and buy one of everything! haha They will have everything you need and is the best quality in my opinion! Oh and have lots of cash!

A different company for suspension stuff is UPR. (www.uprproducts.com) And its no where near that overpriced MM stuff. According to the site it says "71 FFW & NMRA Championships were won using UPR's Pro-Series Suspension Kit!" so it can't be that bad right? Not to mention its like half the price. It seems to me that MM stuff is geared more toward roadracing, if that's your case then go with that.

Popular stuff includes the following for starters:
Rear upper and lower conrol arms reinforcedtorque boxes Tubular K Member adjustable shocks and struts (Strange 10 ways are popular) Sub Fram Connectors (Full lenght is better) Strut tower braces lowered ride height (I heard once that 1.5 inches is about right for performance needs) Caster Camber Plates Might as well get new motor mounts with the K member while you are at it. You would see an unbeleivable increase in suspension if you got all those. |

go to MM and order you a full kit b/c trying to piece things together sucks and you usually spend more money piecing one together than you do just buying a kit,, and also great instructions!
