well thats the only thing i can think of. try retarding the timing 2 degrees from stock. because you said you are failing by a little. so new cats and retarded timing will drop that. try a junk yard for some cats.

like my **** failed by .1 something, its rly close.. ill try the timing thing i guess. ive already been 4 times and failed each. this time it was the unburnt(forget the name), limit is 2.5 something and i had 2.6... shyts close.

tell me if it works. just remeber retard the timing dont advance it. you advance it hc, co, and nox will all go up.
