I've heard that smoothing out the IAC holes on both sides of the butterfly will help w/ the whistle.....

i bought a 70mm pp off ebay cost 155 shipped to my door and it included the 70mm spacer i have a friend with a bbk and i would prob say that it is as good or better than the bbk also with the pp it has a built in tps adjuster so you dont have to modify it to set voltage. i would recommend a ppor accufab.
